Nowadays, without Israel, a Jew can't feel safe. Any Jew could be thrown out of its own country, even if he is a citizen of that country. People have come after Jews for thousands of years and it doesn't matter if the Jew is Russian, Ukrainian, French, German or American...doesn't matter which nationality. A Jew doesn't have a safe home except in Israel.
