Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order. You will receive another email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Although we make every effort to feature in-stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. In the event that a product is sold out, please allow 3-5 business days for production.


We offer store credit for all returns valid up to one year. Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned pre-paid and insured to ZADEH NY.  Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of Made To Order and Bespoke pieces.


You may cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


For repairs, please email with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, and your contact information.

If we determine that we can accept your request, you may ship your item to our studio (address above).

Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.


Online payments are processed using Stripe. We do not store any private credit card or bank account information. We only have access to the customer's name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.


We accept the following credit cards for online purchases:

* American Express
* Visa
* Master Card

The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.


We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New York and Florida, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.


All domestic shipments are handled by UPS. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Standard UPS Ground: $15.00

Your order should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after shipping your order. You will receive an email update with shipping details and a UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeframe. ZADEH New York cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in production, shipping or address verification.

UPS Second Day Air: $35.00

Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping your order. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

UPS Next Day Air: $75.00

Your order should arrive next business day after shipping your order. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
